The Frank
Griggs Post #370 American Legion Hall is available for rent.
It is rented
on a first come first serve basis.
The American
Legion Hall has been used by and for community dances: Cummings Tools
Shows, Brown Hearing, Llano Masonic Lodge Yearly Dinner, Packaging of
care packages for the Llano Military News Group, the Little Miss Sparkle
Pageant on the 4th of July weekend, City of Llano’s City Wide
Garage Sale, etc.

table arrangements, clean. One half of the Post Home is shown here.

Fully functional kitchen

Post Home facing kitchen and pass-through serving area
Fee Schedule
The basic
rental fee begins at $125.00.
Dances begin
at $175.00
Weddings &
Receptions begin at $225.00
With a
cleaning deposit of $100.00

Alcohol
cleaning deposit of $200.00
IF YOU ARE
GOING TO HAVE ALCOHOL ON THE PREMISES!!!!!
If you are
going to have alcohol on the premises you must provide insurance
that must say
specifically The American Legion and The Frank Griggs

American Legion is not responsible for any
accidents
incurred during my rental of the their
facility on
date of your rental and will cover any damages
that also may
be incurred.
(Your home
owners insurance carrier should be able to do a writer on your policy
for this coverage. Proof of this coverage must be provided at the time
you receive
the key. The cleaning deposit if you are having alcohol is $200.00)
The Hall is
74 ft long and 48 ft wide. The stage area is 28 ft long and 14 ft wide.
The hall is
equipped with:
Central heat
and air, ceiling fans, microwave, ice machine, refrigerator,
restrooms,
outdoor coverage off the kitchen that is 14 ½ x 24.
